Doesn't anyone believe in Dear Diary anymore? What happened to the joy of putting actual pen to paper? And why does every ordinary Jane and John think they can write well enough to burden the world with their scribblings? It’s a mystery that badly needs solving. My first entry contains my thoughts about blogging and will set your expectations. The rest will probably be stream of consciousness garbage, much like you’ll find on any other blog. Perhaps we will both come away enlightened.

I am so amazed at your ability to retain all the details and write them down so beautifully. I am in such awe of this whole work (what I've read so far, I know there's more) that I'm lacking the words to describe how it's touched me so far. Amazing is going to have to work for now.

Thank you so much girls. You don't know how I enjoy knowing someone else is moved by something I write. This whole experience was just amazing. I'm glad that you are experiencing it with me.

Oh BA, I want more! I think I read that for smart and obvious reasons you weren't going to blogcast any more of your story. Is there any way you could maybe continue to share on a super secret sneaky blog that only your most trusted readers could gain access to? You know after they provided you with notarized statements SWEARING not to plagiarize? Just hurry up and get this book published, OK?

Hi Rebecca,
I'm going to go ahead and post it all, but I'm only going to leave it up for a short time. I hate to be that way, but I guess it's really necessary these days. Thanks for your kind comments!

Yup, my mom still pulls over for a funeral procession and waits until every car passes. She's often the only one doing so, but that's what she's used to. That's just how it is in her mind, the proper thing to do.
